Terms of Service
In short
You own what you capture. WAH helps you decide what to do next — it doesn’t make the decision for you. Don’t break isolation, don’t abuse the service. Free is free; Intelligence is billed in advance.
These terms govern wahtodo.com and WAH Todo. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use WAH for an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it.
1 · The service
Capture + organization on Free; Do this next + Why this + Ask WAH on Intelligence. Recommendations are assistance, not professional, legal, or financial advice. You remain responsible for what you execute.
2 · Accounts
- Keep credentials confidential — you’re responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
3 · Your content
You own the work you capture. You grant WAH a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the service. Export and delete as described in Privacy; hard deletion clears the graph after the backup window.
4 · Acceptable use
- No unlawful content or harassment.
- No breaking isolation between workspaces or scraping that degrades the service.
- No reverse engineering except as allowed by law.
5 · Plans & payment
Pricing describes Free and Intelligence. Fees are billed in advance; taxes may apply. Teams can be invoiced via sales@wahtodo.com. We may change prices with notice for the next term — current term stays as billed.
6 · Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, WAH is provided “as is.” Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We don’t limit liability for willful misconduct or as law requires.
