Terms of Service

These terms govern use of WAH. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use WAH on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it.
The service
WAH provides capture, organization, and (on Intelligence) next-action recommendations. Recommendations are assistance, not professional, legal, or financial advice. You remain responsible for what you execute.
Accounts
Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
Your content
You own the work you capture. You grant WAH a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the service. You can export and delete as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no attempting to break isolation between workspaces, no scraping that degrades the service, no reverse engineering except as allowed by law.
Plans and payment
Free and Intelligence plans are described on the pricing page. Fees are billed in advance. Taxes may apply. We may change prices with notice for the next term.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, WAH is provided “as is.” Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
