Privacy Policy

WAH, Inc. (“WAH”, “we”) is the company. WAH Todo is the product. This policy describes how we handle information on wahtodo.com. The public site today is marketing. Workspace capture begins when you use the signed-in product.

Information we collect

On this marketing site: whatever your browser sends to load the pages (typical logs such as IP and user agent, if our host records them). We do not currently collect account or workspace data here.

When you use the product: account data (email, name, authentication identifiers); workspace data you capture (tasks, projects, notes, dependencies); usage needed to run the service; billing data via a payment provider if you subscribe — we do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

To provide the site and, when the product is in use, to generate next-action recommendations, secure accounts, bill Intelligence plans, and keep the service reliable. We do not sell personal information. We will not use your workspace content to train public foundation models. If a model provider processes a prompt on your behalf, that processing will be described here and in the DPA before it is turned on.

Sharing

Subprocessors that host, send email, or process payments — under contract. Legal requests when required. Team admins for workspace they own.

Retention and rights

We retain account and workspace data while your account is active, and a limited period after deletion for backups. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion at privacy@wahtodo.com. EU/UK residents may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
