What to do with 20, 45, or 90 minutes

Time is the missing field. Change the window, change the move.

Time is part of the decision. Twenty minutes before a standup is not the same decision as ninety open minutes. WAH considers the window you actually have, then changes the recommendation accordingly.

Same work + Different available time → Different feasible actions → Different next move. That's the core WAH mechanic — not filtering by duration, but deciding what creates the most useful progress right now.

  1. 01

    You have 20 minutes

Ask “What can I finish?” WAH filters for actions that can actually reach a useful stopping point in your window. Schedule interviews · 20 min — Fits your window · keeps the launch moving · you own it.

  2. 02

    You have 90 minutes

Ask “I have 90 minutes. What can I finish?” Now a deeper action becomes viable. Write interview notes · 35 min — Unlocks product brief → launch · enough time to finish cleanly · moves the launch toward Friday.

  3. 03

    The window keeps changing

Your day isn't one priority queue. 20 min → Schedule interviews · 45 min → Write interview notes · 90 min → Draft the product brief. Same goal. Different window. Different move.

20 min

Schedule interviews

Fits the window · keeps the launch moving

You own it

45 min

Write interview notes

Deeper unlock · notes → brief

Time to finish

90 min

Draft the product brief

Unlocks launch → Friday

Highest leverage

Same goal. Different window. Different move. — The window *is* the decision.

A priority tells you what matters. A window tells you what you can actually move. WAH combines both. Try it: /app?intent=time — same work graph, different window, different answer.
